Day 11 July 104 miles Turkry Point to Wardsville
morning at the beach
I soon as i left the beach i turned left to keep going west, well... 1 mile in i got to dead end s@#$
By 10 am i got Port Burwell it was a boring ride and another hot day. Piotr Sagan you should have come with me, You would really enjoy these two days.
I wanted to get something to eat but it was Saturday morning the only thing that was open was a dollar store, so i went there got a candy bar and got back on the road.
Port Burwell
Are you talking to me???
By noon i got to Port Bruce, ate lunch went swimming, it was a hot day and i went swimming a lot so not to waste too much time i would just pull up to the shore, get off my bike and walk in with out even taking my shoes off. This way i stayed cooler longer and laundry was done too. O man! sometimes i really impress myself hahahha
From Port Bruce i continued along the lake, lots of corn fields, wind turbines and some other craps that I'm not familiar with. The landscape in Ontario Canada is very similar to the one in Poland.
Once i got to town Eagle i went for a last dip and started moving inland, my final destination in Canada is Sarnia.
Around 7pm i passed thru small town West Lorne, got a slice of pizza and kept going.
About an hr later i was crossing a river, checked under the bridge to see if i could camp there but there was no grass, muddy sand everywhere and no access to the river so i continued.
In town called Wardsville i stopped by a house to ask for water and nice people offered me to set up my tent. They had a surprise birthday party for bill that day, lucky me! lots of good food:)
Sandra and
Bill
Thanks guys
