Day 15 July 11 Alger MI to Curan Mi 70miles

When I left Tom"s and Lois House i went to post office to send some of the things i don't need home, 5lbs of it

                                           my first 1000 miles


When i got to Rose City i went to Library to use a computer and also give warmshower another try.
I found someone in Curan, her name is Ursula Holsbeke. She went from Michigan to California twice, 1st time thru northern tier and southern the 2nd. I called her up and she said come on over, i was 45 miles away and almost all day to get there so it was a nice easy day.

    Nice Man saw me peddle while driving by and he stopped to give me bottle of water.

While riding to Ursula i crossed this river, it was hot so turned around to see maybe i could go swimming in it. I leaned the bike on the rail and while getting off of it i hit something and all i heard was cling and ploom,
it was my video camera, i did not lock it in place :(  So now instead of going swimming i had to go diving, luckly the water was only neck deep and very clean so it was easy to find.

                                           hopefully it will dry out

                                         there was a puppy waiting for me at the edge of the river to cheer me up

          Finally i got to Ursula's, this is the bike she used for both of her trips. People would ask her,  why did you choose to use this bike? she would say, well... this is my bike.   hehe.

This is Ray Ursula's boyfriend, when we met Ray goes to me, so have you ever met a hillbilly before? well sir.. if you consider yourself a hillbilly then  you my 1st one :) congratulations he said, welcome to Delivrancville.
Ray is a nice guy he just likes to tease people sometimes :)
